Helped grow a community for Chinese working-holiday makers into the No.1 brand in its niche: a guide website, WeChat and Weibo channels, events and a documentary series. Before I designed products, I spent seven years learning why people choose them: how they find a product, judge it and stay with it. In a small team I also did the design, and that is where I fell for it.
